Products provided consist of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light.
Receiving a defective or damaged product shall be the only exception to this clause. All such claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers along with a photo of the product submitted to beifiorievents@gmail.com.
Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own, proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by Bei Fiori.
